Dr. Travis Sorensen

I was born and raised in Northern Utah. I graduated from Viewmont High School in 1998. After graduating, I served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Arequipa Peru. I attended BYU where I met and married my beautiful wife Nichole. We have two wonderful kids ages 12 and 13. I graduated from BYU in 2006 and from there went on to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in Oklahoma City, OK. I was fortunate enough to get into an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training program from there in Jackson Mississippi which I completed in June of 2014.

For the first 8 years of practice, I was primarily in AZ. I worked in a practice with a high volume of patients and worked extensively in Implant reconstruction dentistry. My family and I have recently moved back to Utah and joined the DeDecker group and we could not be more excited to be back in Utah. I love to Ski, play and record music, boat, fly RC airplanes, travel, and mostly spend time with my family. I speak Spanish fluently and love the practice of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
