Full Mouth Dental Implants
We Restore Incomplete Smiles
With Advanced Technology
Get Your Smile and Life Back
with Full Arch Dental Implants
Whether you’re living with the repercussions of tooth loss or frustrated with ill-fitting dentures, All-on-4® and All-on-X full mouth dental implants can help restore your smile and life. For many edentulous (toothless) patients and especially those with bone loss, this is the most effective, minimally-invasive and affordable solution.
Unlike other approaches that involve time-intensive and costly techniques such as bone grafting, sinus lifts and eight or more implants per arch, this evidence-based technique requires a minimum of four strategically placed implants per arch—without the need for bone grafting. The All-on-X protocol is used for patients who require additional implants for added stability. When you entrust your smile to Rain Dental Implant Centers, our highly experienced board-certified oral surgeons use the latest dental implant technology and techniques.
You’ll experience a dramatic improvement in your dental function, teeth stability, smile aesthetics and self-confidence when you receive full mouth dental implants at our state-of-the-art oral surgery practice.
The Limitations of Dentures and Bridges
While dentures and bridges can help simulate the function of real teeth, they don’t stimulate the underlying bone nor restore existing bone loss. Conventional dentures are designed to rest directly on your gums, which can lead to ongoing discomfort, painful mouth sores and the need for frequent relining. Common complaints include clicking, slipping, falling out, speech difficulties, food limitations, the need for messy adhesives and removal at night for cleaning in a denture solution.
Full and partial dentures are a viable tooth replacement option for many people, however, no other solution provides the long-lasting, life-changing advantages of full arch dental implants. With All-on-4 to 6 full mouth dental implants, your new teeth will feel and function just like natural teeth for greater comfort and confidence when smiling, speaking and eating and you’ll enjoy a renewed outlook on life!

Get the Smile of Your Dreams in Three Streamlined Steps
Board-certified oral surgeons complete four to six additional years of hospital-based training after dental school and can administer all types of anesthesia. Our team believes in using the most advanced technology to deliver exceptional patient care and a transformative full arch dental implants journey, from start to finish.
Step One: Consultation and Planning
The process for the All-on-4 full mouth dental implants starts with a free initial consultation. This includes an oral exam and a discussion regarding what the procedure entails, as well as the costs.
A cone beam computed tomography scan is used to evaluate the health of your jawbone and assess the underlying anatomic structures of your mouth, including nerves and sinuses. The 3D image created from your scan is instrumental to accurately mapping out the position and location of All-on-4 full arch dental implants.
If you decide to move forward, digital impressions are created of your lower and upper jaws that will be used to fabricate your new prosthesis.
Step Two: Guided Implant Surgery
The 3D image taken during your first visit helps our team determine the most optimal areas in your jawbone to place implants, usually without the need for bone grafting.
On the day of your procedure, we prep you for surgery with detailed instructions and administer the Anesthesia Options of your choice. Once the procedure begins, we extract any remaining damaged teeth, as well as infected gum and bone tissue.
The All-on-4 to 6 dental implant process involves placing four to six dental implants at specific angles in areas of your jaw with the densest and plentiful bone. Before leaving our implant center, you’ll be fitted with a temporary prosthesis milled on-site from natural-looking, biocompatible polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) that you’ll wear while your implant sites heal.
Step Three: Healing and Final Restoration
It takes dental implants three to six months to fuse with new bone growth in your jaw in a process called osseointegration. Proper fusion is essential for dental implants to act like natural tooth roots and provide a strong and long-lasting foundation for your new teeth.
We work collaboratively with restoration specialists to deliver custom-made full mouth dental implants made from high-quality zirconia, Crystal Ultra™ and Pekkton, a high performance polymer that has similar characteristics as human dentin.
