The Dental Implant Procedure
A Permanent Solution for a
Natural-Looking, Fully Functional Smile
Get Your Smile and Life Back with Dental Implants
If you have missing or failing teeth, dental implants will restore your ability to eat, smile and speak with confidence. Tooth loss can lead to declining oral health and function, negatively impacting your chewing and nutrition. The gaps left by missing teeth can cause your remaining teeth to shift, increasing your risk of bite issues, decay and gum disease.
Dental implants are the number one solution to replace any number of missing teeth and restore a complete and healthy smile. They’re designed to look and function like natural teeth and offer unsurpassed versatility, longevity and durability.
At Rain Dental Implant Centers, new dental implant patients receive a complimentary consultation including a consult and cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scan.
With nothing to lose and everything to gain, our oral surgeons look forward to helping you every step of the way to a restored smile and better quality of life!
What Are
Dental Implants?
Dental implants are made from medical-grade titanium, a material that provides superb durability and biocompatibility. After they’re surgically placed in your jawbone and fuse with the underlying bone, dental implants provide a secure and strong base for one or more artificial teeth called crowns.
A connector called an abutment is placed on top of the dental implant to support the zirconia crowns, bridge or full mouth prosthesis. Although dental implants are the only tooth replacement option that protect the underlying bone, achieving optimal outcomes requires extensive expertise. Our oral surgeons have in-depth knowledge of the facial and jawbone structure and decades of experience placing thousands of implants with exceptional outcomes.
With advanced training in the latest implant surgical techniques delivered at a state-of-the-art surgical center, our team is dedicated to providing the best patient experience, restoring your smile and transforming your quality of life!
Dental Implants Provide Amazing Versatility
At Rain Dental Implant Centers, we offer single dental implants, implant supported dentures and full mouth dental implants.
A single dental implant is a great long-term option for tooth loss, while multiple dental implants can be strategically placed to support a zirconia bridge.
Implant supported dentures stabilized by two or more dental implants can restore 60% of dental function, thereby eliminating many of the downsides of traditional dentures.
If you have failing or missing teeth or complete tooth loss, full mouth dental implants provide significant benefits compared to traditional dentures. Streamlined, minimally invasive All-on-4® to All-on-X immediate-load full mouth dental implants enable receiving a temporary prosthesis the same day as surgery.

Our Dental Implant
Treatment Process
The first step is to schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our oral surgeons. During this visit, we perform an oral exam and take a CBCT scan to analyze your underlying bone, nerves and sinuses, review your health history and discuss your smile goals and budget. We use all of this information to develop a treatment plan specifically tailored to your needs.
During surgery, we use the latest techniques to ensure efficient dental implant placement with exacting and predictable results. Our oral surgeons are certified and experienced in administering IV sedation and general anesthesia to ease dental anxiety and make your procedure more comfortable. During a follow-up appointment, we’ll check to make sure the implants have fully integrated with the bone and attach the abutments.
While our team takes measurements for fabrication of a crown, bridge or full mouth prosthesis, one of our partnering restorative dentists or prosthodontists typically creates the restoration. Our expertise is in oral surgery, while they have more advanced skills creating restorations. We believe a multidisciplinary approach yields the best possible outcomes.
Why Are Dental Implants The Number One Choice?
Dental implants have a documented success rate of 95–98%, which is significantly higher than any other tooth replacement option. After they integrate with your bone, dental implants provide a strong and secure foundation for new teeth, as well as ongoing jawbone stimulation. They offer the stability to restore over 99% of natural biting and chewing power.
When you get full arch dental implants, you’ll never have to worry again about a denture slipping or falling out, using messy adhesive or removing them for cleaning. As long as you follow the same proper oral hygiene routine required for natural teeth, dental implants can last a lifetime. For these reasons, dental implants are indisputably considered the number one tooth replacement solution.
